- Built-in high precision voltage detection circuit and delay circuit
- Low current consumption:
- Operation mode < 3.5μA (VDD=3.5V)
- Sleep mode < 0.5μA (VDD=2.0V)
- Small package: SOT-23-6 package
- Wide operation temperature range: -40℃ to +85℃
- All products are in Green packages: Pb & Halogen-free
- Controling battery balance by MOSFET
